    2. Incentives and recognition to coaches, directors and other organizers

    3. Incentives and recognition team captains

    4. Incentives and recognition to participants

    5. Incentives and recognition for recruiting first time participants

  3. JTT: increase participation by 10% over best year

    1. Support and incentives for our league coordinator

    2. Incentives and recognition to coaches, directors and other organizers

    3. Incentives and recognition team captains

    4. Incentives and recognition to participants

    5. Incentives and recognition for recruiting first time participants

  4. Create new assets like a day long doubles tournament, family tournament or wheelchair tournament.

  5. Use intrinsic qualifications available with social media to track effectiveness of efforts

  6. Develop new social media sites to reach more area participants

  7. Fund grassroot tennis efforts as applicable.

  8. Support professional tournament in Tyler : $80,000 WTA Challenger in Tyler (3rd year) as a vehicle for inspiring children and the public with professional joy skill and mastery.

  9. In association with WTA challenger, assist and fund “playday” for local children and research expansion into additional days.
